Asielzoekers in Haarlemse Koepel beginnen hongerstaking

Ik moest eerst lachen, maar toen realiseerde ik me wat voor een stom antwoord dat is van het COA.

Serieus laat ze maar doodhongeren hoor >.> Als ze geen respect hebben voor de procedures waar IEDEREEN doorheen moet dan is dat maar hun probleem.

Wist je dat de psychologische klachten na 2 jaar asielzoekersprocedure even erg zijn als het verblijven in het oorlogsgebied?
Daarom moet er gehamerd worden op een goed, vlotlopende asielzoekersprocedure. Zo kan je de echte vluchtelingen ook onderscheiden van de zogeheten 'gelukszoekers'.
Tevens denk ik dat dit soort berichten in het nieuws echt alles alleen maar tegenwerken. Zo krijg je mensen die alles over één kam gaat scheren en het is niet eens duidelijk hoe groot het percentage is dat aan de hongerstaking meedoet.
Zo was er laatst in Nijmegen ook een 'protestmars van de vluchtelingen uit Heumesoord'. Bleken maar 70 van de 3.000 te zijn. En soms vraag ik me af of die protesten nodig zijn, maar ook in Nederland leven de meeste vluchtelingen in erbarmelijke toestanden. Voordeel is natuurlijk wel: ze zijn uit het oorlogsgebied.

staggering trauma I had. I had been kept in a basement where all the executions took
place. In that room, human blood covered all the walls and formed stagnant pools on the
ground. On one of those days in which I was wasting away from hunger and thirst, I
remember that I woke up from a disturbed sleep to find my face in one of those pools. I
unconsciously started drinking from that blood in order to sooth my thirst. From the
moment I got freed until now, I haven’t been able to get rid of the feeling of guilt and
