Ze zijn vanaf begin april bezig geweest met filmen op de eilanden Oahu en Kauai van Hawaii.. Nu gaan ze voor 11 weken filmen in New Orleans.. Ik dacht dat ik ergens had gelezen dat ze daarna weer ergens tropisch gingen filmen..

According to our source, there will be lots of Dino on Dino fighting, as some of the Dinos are "good guys" that are trained by Chris Pratt's character. The raptors and T-Rex are among the "trained" good dinosaurs. The big bad dinosaur has instant camouflage abilities, like the cuttlefish, so he blends into the background, is smart like the velociraptor, uses his jaw like a snake, and can terrorize like the T-Rex.

THE PARK

Building on our original scoop: JURASSIC WORLD will be a real running theme park, complete with a monorail (as teased in recent concept art above), shops, rides, and shows. It's the most popular theme park and a family destination. To get there you have to take a high speed shuttle boat from Florida. Inside the park there are a multitude of activities, including a Dino petting zoo and a Hologram info center where you can learn about the methods they are using to create dinosaurs (an enhanced version of the original one). One of the rides is called a "Gyrosphere" that you can get in and ride around in the wild to get up close to the Dinos.

RUNNING and SCREAMING

Business is good at the park, but the powers that be start to dream up new ways to keep customers coming back; namely by splicing Dino DNA with other dinos (and other species). That becomes the problem. They splice together a T-Rex, raptor, snake, and cuttlefish to create a monstrous new dino that, of course, gets loose and terrorizes the park. Nothing like a little greed and human arrogance to ruin a good thing, right? Dino expert Jack Horner has teased this bad boy since last year and now we have an idea why he says we'll want to "keep the lights on" after seeing it. He may be right.

GOOD DINO vs. BAD DINO

And that's it! See, not so bad, right? Nothing ruined and a good bit to ruminate on until the next bit of news, set pics, or perhaps something official. Personally, I love it. I love the park being a real, working park and being able to see John Hammond's dream come to life and people enjoying it as such. I love the idea of the "tamed" dinosaurs as well. I know that may sound like blasphemy to some, but it makes sense (in a world where we recreate living dino's, anyway). Having a new "big bad" dino that terrorizes both the humans and "good" dinos should make for a lot of fun. We certainly don't need to see another version of JURASSIC PARK with humans running from a T-Rex and Velociraptors, so I like the idea of having them be more of an ally to a greater threat this time around. I'm sure some will feel differently, but it works for me. |||Spoiler|||

Het gebouw ziet er onregelmatig uit, alsof ze het net aan het op/af bouwen zijn..
Verder lijkt het me een quarantaine hok.. Het zit ook in redelijk dichtgegroeid gebied dus het lijkt iets wat niet voor bezoekers is bedoeld.

|||Spoiler||| Het verhaal van vechtende dino's ben ik wel heel benieuwd naar, vooral die 'getrainde' dino's. Doet me dan weer denken aan een cartoon over dino's met wapenuitrusting waarin 2 partijen (mensen die dus die dino's besturen als het ware) het met elkaar uitvechten. Geloof dat dat in de jaren '90 op TV was.

Ik hoop het eerlijk gezegd niet, want waar het de eerste Jurassic Parc om ging was natuurlijk een soort dierentuin waar mensen de uitgestorven dino's levensecht konden bewonderen waar het dus totaal uit de hand liep, deeltje 2 was om te kijken of er nog iets te redden viel en deden ze een beetje het King Kong gebeuren na om een T-Rex mee te nemen de stad in om daar verder te kijken wat dus ook totaal uit de hand liep.

Deeltje 3 vond ik wel goed bedacht, jongen is op vakantie met zijn oom en zijn aan het parasailen (?) achter zo'n boot en wordt het touw schijnbaar kapot gebeten ofzo (klote wolken, je kon niet zien wat er gebeurde ) waardoor ze op het eiland terecht komen. Vader en moeder zetten een reddingsactie op touw en ook dat loopt weer uit de hand maar loopt toch goed af.

Als nu ineens het park/eiland omgetoverd wordt tot een battle arena en de dino's er zo uitzien als in Dino Riders dan is de franchise denk ik gedoemd om te falen. Dat heeft niks meer met de originele Jurassic Parc te maken.

Ben wel erg benieuwd wat het uiteindelijk zal gaan worden, het verhaal dan, want ik kan me even niet zo snel bedenken waar het dit keer over zou moeten gaan wat geloofwaardig is en een connectie heeft met de overige 3 delen.

Deel 3 was wel een bedrijf wat je zo dicht bij het eiland probeerde te krijgen, zonder dat het illegaal werd (na film 2 was het eiland afgezet als onbegaanbaar ofzoiets). Was dus niet zomaar een parasailtochtje

100% eens. Ik zou niks hebben tegen een film waarin dinosaurussen met elkaar gaan knokken. Zet Michael Bay erop en het wordt vast een heerlijke banale actiefilm, maar het heeft imo zeer weinig met JP te maken. JP gaat juist om de relatie tussen de mensen en dino's. Dat David vs goliath gevoel van opgesloten zitten op een eiland met honderden bloeddorstige dino's. Misschien ben ik te conservatief, maar ik heb gewoon altijd erg genoten van dat semi-realisme van JP. Ja, het creëren van dino's is vergezocht, maar de verdere opzet van het park en de dinosaurussen was aardig geloofwaardig, en dat vond ik heel tof. Met getrainde dino's is dat wel een beetje weg imo. Maarja, kans is natuurlijk enorm dat dit gewoon een fanatieke fan is geweest die dit geschreven heeft, of inderdaad een afgekeurd script. Eerst maar afwachten

Interessant stukje over de paddock foto:
Look a little closer. See the human sized door to the inside? The scale of this holding pen is much larger than you realize. At the high points, its about 35 ft. tall. And solid concrete. Plenty tall enough to house a less agile medium sized carnivore, like an Allosaurus. Those scratch marks also match up with a medium sized therapod with 3 fingered hands.

Its not for Velociraptors, as I can see too many ways for them to climb out.

Jurassic World is still over a year away, but with filming currently under way in Hawaii, certain plot details have started to leak online, due to locals witnessing, overhearing or even being a part of production. With a movie of this scale, holding back juicy details is extremely difficult for some.

First off, I can confirm that the plot details leaked to JoBlo (staat hierboven in spoilertags) yesterday are 100% accurate, NOT RUMOR.

|||Spoiler||| The information about a genetically spliced super predator are accurate!

What JoBlo did not mention however, is the name of this super predator, which we now know, thanks to our source. The name of this new super predator is officially known as Diabolus Rex or "D-Rex" for short. The creature is a spliced breed of Tyrannosaur with bits of Raptor and Cuttle Fish, allowing it to camouflage itself with its surroundings. It's a badass and is the primary reason why things at this new park run amock. |||Spoiler|||
